Welcome to Dot Sphere Learning (“DSL”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a unit of Dot Sphere, offering educational content, workshops, toolkits, mentorship programs, and community-led initiatives through our platform www.dotsphere.in and its associated channels.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website, mobile services, content, and products (collectively, “Services”). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use or access any part of the Services.

Eligibility & User Agreement

By accessing our platform, you confirm that:

You are at least 13 years old (or using under legal guardian supervision),
You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement,
All information provided during registration is accurate and truthful.

Dot Sphere reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to any user violating these Terms.

All content provided is for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any materials without express written permission from DSL.

We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to:

Course materials (videos, presentations, notes, downloads),
Logos, trademarks, design kits, brand elements,
Assignments, worksheets, case studies,

are the exclusive intellectual property of Dot Sphere Learning or its partners. Users are strictly prohibited from:

Sharing login credentials,
Recording, downloading, or redistributing course materials,
Using our brand identity or copyrighted content without authorization.

Violation may lead to legal action under applicable intellectual property laws.

Account Responsibility

When you register, you:

Agree to keep your login credentials secure,
Are responsible for all activity under your account,
Must notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

Dot Sphere reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts involved in unauthorized activity.

Pricing, Payments & Subscriptions

All course fees, workshop charges, and kit prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes.
Payments must be made in full at the time of enrollment via our designated payment gateways.
DSL is not responsible for failed transactions or issues arising from third-party payment providers.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final.

Dot Sphere Learning maintains a strict NO REFUND and NO CANCELLATION policy for all purchases, including:

Online courses (live or recorded),
Design Thinking toolkits,
Study materials,
Mentorship sessions,
Design Horizon event tickets.

Once payment is made, users gain access to proprietary content and thus no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances, including:

Change of mind
Non-usage or partial usage of services
Conflicts in personal schedule
Technical issues on the user’s end (e.g. internet, device compatibility)

Shipping & Delivery (Study Kits)

Study kits are dispatched via reliable courier partners to the address provided during purchase.
Users must report any damage within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 7903075910) or email (info@dotsphere.in).
Only damaged or defective products are eligible for exchange.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item unless otherwise stated.

No returns, refunds, or replacements will be issued after 24 hours of delivery.

Platform Conduct & Community Guidelines

By using DSL, you agree to:

Respect the learning environment and community members,
Avoid hate speech, plagiarism, abuse, or disruptive behavior,
Use the platform ethically and legally.

We reserve the right to remove you from the course or ban your account for misconduct, with no refund or re-enrollment rights.

Certification & Completion Criteria

Certificates (where applicable) are awarded based on:

Completion of all modules,
Submission of required assignments or participation in evaluations.

Certificates are non-accredited and offered as recognition from Dot Sphere Learning, unless stated otherwise.

Technology & Platform Access

You are responsible for having a stable internet connection, compatible device, and updated browser.
DSL will not be liable for access issues due to:
- Slow or disrupted internet,
- Browser or system incompatibility,
- Mobile device limitations.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dot Sphere Learning will not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
Loss of data or profit,
User error in application of course material,
Any claim arising from use or inability to use the Services.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is collected and stored as per our [Privacy Policy]. By using our platform, you consent to:

The collection and use of your data for course delivery, communication, and feedback,
Receiving updates, promotional emails, and relevant notifications.
